If you do not make yourself known to the Business Architecture Guild or its members, your use of our content and services is generally anonymous.
Your information is used to operate and improve our services, fulfill your requests and communicate with you, conduct research, and personalize the content provided to you. We may contact you with information relating to or content that may be of interest to you, such as newsletters. You have the option to unsubscribe.

Cancellation up to 30 days prior to start of training is refundable at 50% of fee. Cancellation inside of 30 days of the start of training is not refundable. An attendee may switch to another BAA training event up to the start of the training without penalty
